Description

The rabbit injected with the recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae (strain ATCC 204508 / S288c) (Baker's yeast) PMG1 protein generates the antibodies against the PMG1 protein. After an adequate antibody response is generated, a rabbit serum sample is collected to acquire the polyclonal antibodies. The PMG1 antibody is then processed using protein A/G affinity chromatography purification. The effectiveness of the PMG1 antibody is assessed through ELISA and WB applications. This particular PMG1 antibody demonstrates specific reactivity exclusively with the Saccharomyces cerevisiae (strain ATCC 204508 / S288c) (Baker's yeast) PMG1 protein.
