Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<15%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<15%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of bovine FSH in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

Researchers can use the Bovine follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) ELISA Kit for quantitative detection of bovine FSH in serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. The kit's detection range is 2 mIU/mL-800 mIU/mL, with a sensitivity of 2 mIU/mL. It employs a competitive detection mechanism, where the FSH in the sample competes with a labeled FSH for a limited number of antibody binding sites. This competition creates an inverse relationship between the concentration of FSH in the sample and the signal output, allowing for precise quantification. The assay requires 50-100 μL of sample and can be completed in 1-5 hours, with results measured at 450 nm wavelength. This bovine FSH ELISA kit has been used in the experimental setup of several papers.
