Review: I used the CB-E14930C canine PRL enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit to detect canine serum prolactin. The standard curve was fitted with a 5-parameter curve with r2=1, and the curve fitting was good. The cv value of the standard curve was less than 8.16, the back-calculation accuracy was less than 6.35, and the cv value of the sample was less than 15. The results were good.

Review: I used the CSB-E1493c to detect the prolactin content in Beagle serum. The standard curve was fitted with a five-parameter model, and the R² of the curve was 1. The CV values of the standard curve ranged from 0.48% to 9.44%, and the CV values of the samples were all less than 10.15%. All results were within the linear range, and the results were good.
