Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of chicken CORT in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

This Chicken CORT ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Chicken CORT protein in serum, plasma. It is a Competitive ELISA kit, its detection range is 0.5 ng/mL-20 ng/mL and the sensitivity is 0.5 ng/mL.
There are currently no reviews for this product.
I see the chicken CORT ELISA was tested for EDTA plasma. What about plasma collected with heparinized tubes? Is the assay suitable for those samples?
This Elisa kit mostly uses EDTA plasma. In theory, heparinized plasma could be detected. It is best to do a gradient pre-experiment.
