I would like to know if I can use whole blood in this kit?

Renin, angiotensin constitute renin-angiotensin system (RAS) or renin, angiotensin, aldosterone constitute renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) together to participate in body fluid balance.
This kit is suitable to serum and plasma samples. It is not suitable to whole blood. It is for quantitative measurement of renin.

Renin is a highly specific endopeptidase, whose only known function is to generate angiotensin I from angiotensinogen in the plasma, initiating a cascade of reactions that produce an elevation of blood pressure and increased sodium retention by the kidney.
