Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of mouse IL-23 in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

This mouse IL-23 ELISA kit employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique to measure the levels of mouse IL-23 in multiple samples, including serum, plasma, or tissue homogenates. It also uses the enzyme-substrate chromogenic reaction to visualize and analyze the analyte levels through the color intensity. The intensity of the colored product is in direct proportion to the IL-23 levels in the sample and is measured at 450 nm through a microplate reader.
IL-23 is mainly produced by macrophages and dendritic cells, in response to exogenous or endogenous signals, and drives the differentiation and activation of Th17 cells with subsequent production of IL-17A, IL-17F, IL-6, IL-22, and TNF-α. IL-23 signals through its heterodimeric receptor complex consisting of the two subunits IL-12Rβ1 and IL-23R, activating P38/MAPK, PI3K-Akt, or the NF-кB pathways. Although IL-23 plays a pivotal role in the protective immune response to bacterial and fungal infections, its dysregulation has been shown to exacerbate chronic immune-mediated inflammation. IL-23 is involved in the pathogenesis of Crohn’s Disease, Psoriasis, and Psoriatic Arthritis.

Review: I used the CSB-E08463m kit to detect the levels of IL-23 in the homogenized hippocampal tissue samples of mice before and after magnetic stimulation. The standard curve results were excellent, and it was found that the IL-23 levels in BTBR mice were higher than those in C57 mice. After magnetic stimulation treatment, the IL-23 levels decreased, which is consistent with the expected results. The kit was convenient to use, making the experimental process easier.

I am interested in measuring cytokines in patients affected by autoimmune thyroid diseases. For instance, i found the kit
(Human Interleukin 23 (IL-23) ELISA Kit,Catalog Number. CSB-E08461h) of your company,
Can this kit be used for the same purpose in lab animals (mouse, rats), if so, we are also interested in measuring IL-21, IL-22, IL-17A, IL-17F, all relevant kits produced by the same company, can they also be used for the same intention in lab animals??
