Interleukin 27 is a heterodimeric cytokine composed of two subunits that plays key roles in immune regulation and inflammatory responses. Antigen-presenting cells primarily produce this cytokine, which shows both pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory properties depending on the cellular context. IL-27 influences T cell differentiation, promotes the development of regulatory T cells, and modulates the balance between Th1 and Th17 responses. The Mouse Interleukin 27 ELISA Kit (CSB-E08466m) is a quantitative sandwich immunoassay designed for measuring IL-27 levels in Mus musculus samples. This kit works with serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, and tissue homogenates. The detection range spans 31.25 pg/mL to 2000 pg/mL with sensitivity of 7.81 pg/mL. The assay requires 50-100 μL sample volume and can be completed within 1-5 hours, with detection performed at 450 nm wavelength.
