Precision
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.

Linearity
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of mouse LPS in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
  Sample Serum(n=4)

Materials provided
  • A micro ELISA plate ---The 96-well plate has been pre-coated with an anti-Mouse LPS antibody.
  • Two vials lyophilized standard ---Dilute a bottle of the standard at dilution series, read the OD values, and then draw a standard curve.
  • One vial Biotin-labeled LPS antibody (100 x concentrate) (120 μl/bottle) ---Act as the detection antibody.
  • One vial HRP-avidin (100 x concentrate) (120 μl/bottle) ---Bind to the detection antibody and react with the TMB substrate to make the solution chromogenic.
  • One vial Biotin-antibody Diluent (15 ml/bottle) ---Dilute the Biotin-antibody.
  • One vial HRP-avidin Diluent (15 ml/bottle) ---Dilute the HRP-avidin solution.
  • One vial Sample Diluent (50 ml/bottle) ---Dilute the sample to an appropriate concentration.
  • One vial Wash Buffer (25 x concentrate) (20 ml/bottle) ---Wash away unbound or free substances.
  • One vial TMB Substrate (10 ml/bottle) ---Act as the chromogenic agent. TMB interacts with HRP, eliciting the solution turns blue.
  • One vial Stop Solution (10 ml/bottle) ---Stop the color reaction. The solution color immediately turns from blue to yellow.
  • Four Adhesive Strips (For 96 wells) ---Cover the microplate when incubating.
  • An instruction manual

Review: I used the Mouse Lipopolysaccharide ELISA Kit (CSB-E13066m) for quantification of LPS in plasma samples from aged vs. young and aged+hALA vs. aged+lALA. Their ODs range from 0.37 to 1.773.

 Q&A
Q:

Hi, i have some questions. i am interested about CSB-E13066m elisa kit.its sample types showed to serum, plasme etc. i want serum ascites type

A:
Thanks for your inquiry.
Serum and serum ascites are 2 different sample types.Serum is more normal, and you can refer the information in the published papers at the bottom of the product page.

If you want to detect serum ascites,we suggest you do pre-testing first.Pls let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
Q:

When using Mouse Lipopolysaccharides(LPS) ELISA Kit, can I finally translate the results (ng/ml) into the EU/ml?
what is the EU/ml of the standard provided?

A:
Thanks for your inquiry. The the results (ng/ml) can not be translated into the EU/ml results as there is no reduction formula between them.
This kit is supplied with 2 vial of frozen dry standard and the concentration is 10 ng/mL after dissolution;Pls let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
Q:

I am curious what product you would recommend to detect mouse lipopolysaccharides with very small volumes (less than 10 uL)

A:
Thanks for your inquiry. The amount is too small, if detected, false negatives may exist.Pls consider it carefully.Pls let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
Q:

Please provide the following information regarding Mouse Lipopolysaccharides, LPS ELISA Kit (CSB-E13066m)
Can customer use diluent buffer to dilute their plasma samples?

A:
Thanks for your inquiry.
CSB-E13066m
The reagent system of this kit is very special, and dilution is not needed if you test serum or plasma samples.
If you confirm that dilution is needed after the pretest, we suggest you use sample diluent. About pretest pls refer to: https://www.cusabio.com/m-226.html
Pls let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
