This Pig IL10 ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Pig IL10 protein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 6.25 pg/mL-400 pg/mL and the sensitivity is 1.56 pg/mL .

Review: The results are very satisfactory. I used the cell culture medium supernatant, and the other kits had interfering factors, but the CUSABIO one did not, and after trying several other kits, I found that this brand was the only one that worked well.
