This Rat D2D ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Rat D2D protein in serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, tissue homogenates, cell lysates. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 7.8 ng/mL-500 ng/mL and the sensitivity is 1.95 ng/mL .

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of rat D2D in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

Recovery

The standard is S0-S7 and we suggest do duplicates for standard.Then this kit of 24T can do 4 tests.If single wells for standard,then this kit of 24T can do 16 tests.
