Description

This Rat PEDF ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Rat PEDF protein in serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, tissue homogenates. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 6.25 pg/mL-400 pg/mL and the sensitivity is 1.56 pg/mL.

b. If yes, what were the observed concentration values?
c. If they have not, would this assay be compatible with cell culture lysates/supernatants samples? Is there a recommended protocol to use with cell culture lysates/supernatants samples?

The kit can be used for cell culture supernatants matrix.
However, we have no detection on the sample. If the sample content is under the detection range, it can be detected well.
