Description

Immunizing mice with the recombinant human IFNG protein, isolating B cells from the mouse spleen, fusing these B cells with myeloma cells to create hybridomas, and then selecting and culturing the hybridomas that produce the IFNG antibody. The selected hybridomas were cultured to obtain the monoclonal antibodies against IFNG. The IFNG monoclonal antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that reacts specifically with human interferon-gamma (IFNG) protein and can be used for applications such as ELISA and IHC. It is purified using protein G affinity chromatography with a purity of over 95%.

IFNG plays a crucial role in the immune system by activating immune cells such as macrophages and NK cells to kill pathogens and tumor cells. It is also involved in the induction of major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I and II expressions and the enhancement of antigen presentation.
