This Human ALPG recombinant protein was produced in Mammalian cell, where the gene sequence encoding Human ALPG (20-503aa) was expressed with the C-terminal 10xHis tag. The purity of this ALPG protein was greater than 95%. And the activity was validated. Its endotoxin content is less than 1.0 EU/ug as determined by the LAL method. It has be validated as an active protein. In a functional ELISA, immobilized human ALPG at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-ALPG recombinant antibody (CSB-RA001633MA1HU) with the EC50 of 14.09-23.17 ng/mL. It would be a very helpful tool for your research.
Alkaline Phosphatase (AP/ALP/AKP/ALKP/ALPase/Alk Phos) is often called EC 3.1.3.1. At present, six isozymes of AKP1, AKP2, AKP3, AKP4, AKP5 and AKP6 (or ALP1, ALP2, ALP3, ALP4, ALP5 and ALP6) have been found. Among them, the 1st, 2nd, and 6th types are all from the liver, the 3rd type is from bone cells, the 4th type is produced from the placenta and cancer cells, and the 5th type is from the small intestinal villous epithelium and fibroblasts. ALPG is a highly specific tumor cell surface antigen, and its unique expression pattern is very suitable for the development of therapeutic drugs against tumors expressing ALPPL2, and is a potential therapeutic target. The development of active lactational ALPG protein can provide preliminary support for in-depth study of the function of ALPG and the development of tumor drugs.
