Description
This product is a polyclonal antibody against Diacylglycerol O-acyltransferase 2 protein (DGAT2) protein. It is generated in the rabbit with immunization by recombinant human DGAT2 (1-66AA). This DGAT2 antibody exists as an IgG isoform. It has undergone protein G purification, and its purity is greater than 95%. It can react with human- and mouse-derived DGAT2 protein. This DGAT2 antibody has been validated for use in four applications, including ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF. Its target protein DGAT2 is a redox-sensitive regulator in the biosynthesis of triacylglycerol (TG).
