Description

The polyclonal antibody against SRSF4 was synthesized in rabbits that were immunized with the recombinant human SRSF4 (1-180aa). The antibody was subsequently isolated and underwent antigen affinity purification. It shows exclusive reactivity with human SRSF4 protein.

The SRSF4 antibody has been validated for use in ELISA, WB, and IHC applications. This antibody can thus be used for localization and qualitative or quantitative evaluation of the SRSF4 protein. SRSF4 protein mainly helps to promote efficient splicing of the pre-mRNA into the correct mRNA isoform. It is also implicated in other cellular processes, such as mRNA export from the nucleus to the cytoplasm, translation initiation, and mRNA stability.
