Sample dilution: 1:2000

Review: Using the product CSB-PA004188, we conducted a Western blot analysis on proteins extracted from human proximal tubular epithelial cells (HK-2) treated with ML281. Employing standard protocols with a 1:2000 dilution, we obtained a clear band.

Function

Serine/threonine protein kinase which phosphorylates VIME. May play a specific role in the dynamic behavior of the intermediate filament cytoskeleton by phosphorylation of VIME. Not essential for the survival of KRAS-dependent AML cell lines.
