Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Shelf Life
The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.

We we didn't test activity of this protein, cannot 100% guaranteed. But what we provide is the full length of mature protein, which is purified under mild condition, it is active in theory.
We could provide Endoxin removal service for free, and endoxin level will be less than 1.0 EU/ug.

1. Where is the tag on the COOH or N terminal end?
2. Could you please let me know which tag you suggest? Some tags might interfere with the biological activity.
3. Is it possible to remove the tag?

Thaks for your response. 1. This protein is a semi-customized protein. We can try your desired tag preferentially if you have, but as we can't 100% guaranteed, if it's failed, we will provide the protein with other tag.
2. We suggest N-terminal 6×His-tag, as this tag is small and will barely interfere the biological activity.
3. As for the tag removal, we can try enzyme digestion, but we can't guarantee 100% success. The overall success rate of enzyme digestion data analysis is 75%-86%.
Not all protein tags can be removed as some proteins will be very unstable after tag removal.
If we succeed in removing the tag, we will charge for extra cost.
If we fail in removing the tag, we won’t charge for any extra cost, and will remark this information in datasheet as follows
“Note: The laboratory determined that the Tag on your protein could not be removed with standard laboratory procedures. Your protein is being supplied with the Tag intact.”
