Recombinant Human PNMA2 Protein is encoded by PNMA2 gene — recombinant PNMA2 DNA — that has integrated foreign plasmids into the Yeast genome, the foreign DNA is replicated along with the host DNA. In addition, the expression of foreign proteins requires the use of specialized expression vectors and often necessitates the significant restructuring of the foreign coding sequence. The subsequent expression process includes small-scale expression, protein identification, large-scale expression, and protein purification. The purity of this recombinant PNMA2 is 90%+.
IPNMA2 (also known as MA2) is a gene that encodes a protein named the paraneoplastic antigen Ma2 belonging to the human PNMA family. The protein encoded by this gene is also known as 40 kDa neuronal protein, onconeuronal antigen Ma2 and paraneoplastic neuronal antigen MM2. Paraneoplastic antigens are normally expressed only in neuronal tissues. emerging evidence has implied that paraneoplastic antigen Ma2 autoantibodies can be detected in early recurrence of small intestine neuroendocrine tumors as specific blood biomarkers. There are currently no reviews for this product.
