I'm interested in CSB-EP023106HU and I would like endotoxin removal and aseptic processing, but are unsure if this will affect concentration? Will it affect the concentration?
The assay instructions suggest that the test protein should be at the highest possible concentration (preferably >20 mM). Will this be possible?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are optimizing the biochemical assay that we will be using the protein for and recently found that it is VERY sensitive to salts (NaCl). We used 0.5 M NaCl in our buffer recently, and that high of a salt concentration with Tris significantly effected our results. We were hoping to dissolve recombinant TAGLN2 in a low salt buffer, preferably 5 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0 and 0.2 mM CaCl2. Would this be possible for you to help us with? Our lab is not very familiar with dialyzing proteins. We appreciate your help and look forward to your favorable reply.
I would like no glycerol, but if the lab is unable to do so 10% glycerol content. I think a concentration of 0.75 mg/mL is the absolute lowest.
Just make sure it is frozen on dry ice and we will keep it at -80 to ensure stability?
