The glutathione S-transferase (GST) tag is a widely adopted fusion tag that streamlines recombinant protein expression, affinity purification, and target detection in molecular and cellular biology research. CSB-MA000031M1m is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b tag antibody raised against recombinant GST protein, purified via Protein A affinity chromatography with purity above 95% to ensure consistent lot-to-lot performance and minimal non-specific background interference. As a high-specificity tag antibody with excellent batch stability, it delivers reliable and reproducible results across multiple experimental platforms. Western blot validation confirms specific recognition of various GST-fused recombinant proteins spanning a broad molecular weight range, producing sharp, clean bands with high sensitivity down to 1.5625 ng and retaining distinct signals even at an ultra-high dilution of 1:640000. It generates bright specific intracellular fluorescence in GST-transfected 293F cells for immunofluorescence, efficiently enriches target GST-tagged protein in immunoprecipitation, and clearly differentiates positive cell populations from isotype controls in flow cytometry. Validated for ELISA, WB, IF, IP and FC, this GST monoclonal antibody offers flexible working dilution ranges to support diverse workflows for GST-fused recombinant protein characterization, purification and subcellular localization studies.
