Target Background

Function

Catalyzes the NADPH-dependent reduction of 1,5-anhydro-D-fructose (AF) to 1,5-anhydro-D-glucitol. Has low NADPH-dependent reductase activity towards 9,10-phenanthrenequinone (in vitro).
