Description
The SOX4 antibody is raised in rabbits immunized with the recombinant human SOX4 (1-60AA). It is available as an unconjugated IgG. And it underwent protein G purification and got a purity of 95%+. This SOX4 antibody only reacts with human SOX4 protein and can be used to detect the SOX4 protein in ELISA, WB, and IHC applications. The target protein SOX4 is a transcription factor in the SRY (sex-determining region Y) family and plays important roles in many developmental processes, including nervous system development and endocrine islet formation.
