Can the Pds1 antibody (CSB-PA019074XA01SVG) test cell extracts from budding yeast? Given that the antibody has not been tested yet, could we have a sample to validate it first?

In order to help our customers to select the “right” antibodies for their tests, we would like to offer free samples to our customers for trial test before purchasing regular size antibodies. CSB-PA019074XA01SVG is available for free trial, we haven't tested it in cell extracts from budding yeast yet, so we can't guarantee it's suitable for your application.

Target Background

Function

Regulatory protein, which plays a central role in chromosome stability. Probably acts by blocking the action of key proteins. During the mitosis, it blocks Separase/ESP1 function, preventing the proteolysis of the cohesin complex and the subsequent segregation of the chromosomes. At the onset of anaphase, it is ubiquitinated, conducting to its destruction and to the liberation of ESP1.
