Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess. |
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of bovine IgG in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

The Bovine immunoglobulin G (IgG) ELISA Kit facilitates quantitative measurement of bovine IgG in serum and plasma. It features a detection range of 78 ng/mL-5000 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 19.5 ng/mL. Using a competitive detection mechanism, the kit involves the IgG in the sample competing with a labeled IgG for binding to a limited number of antibody sites. This competition results in an inverse relationship between the IgG concentration in the sample and the signal intensity, allowing for precise quantification. The kit requires 50-100 μL of sample and 1-5 hours of assay time, with results detected at a wavelength of 450 nm. More than eight academic papers have utilized this kit.
