Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<15%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<15%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of goat T3 in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

I'm studying metabolic stress in dairy goats in the peripartum.
In total, 450 samples have to be analysed for each hormone, and analysis will be done in duplicate. Meaning I'll need a number of kits enough to run 900 tests.
Could you please send me a quote specifying the plate size (i.e. 96 well) and the number of free wells per plate. (i.e. 96 well minus the number of wells used for the standard curve).
