This Human F13A1 ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Human F13A1 protein in serum, plasma. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 0.625 ng/mL-40 ng/mL and the sensitivity is 0.156 ng/mL.

Review: I used the CSB-E14291h kit to detect pleural effusion. It has high sensitivity and can detect lower concentrations of human coagulation factor XIII A1 (F13A1), and can accurately quantify some samples with lower levels. Good specificity: It has high specificity and no significant cross reaction with other related proteins, which means that in the detection process, the target protein F13A1 can be accurately identified and measured, and will not be interfered by other similar proteins, thus ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the experimental results, so that researchers can interpret the experimental data with more confidence.
