 Q&A
Q:

I would like to know if # CSB-EL016263HU is good to detect and measure human occludin in the cytosol.

A:
Thanks for your inquiry!
The kit CSB-EL016263HU is used for cell lysates sample and for the quantitative determination of human occludin (OCLN).
There exsit the quantitiy difference between different cell type Occludin(OCLN). So here advice you to check your own actual test result.

Target Data

Function May play a role in the formation and regulation of the tight junction (TJ) paracellular permeability barrier. It is able to induce adhesion when expressed in cells lacking tight junctions.
