This Mouse 8-OHdG ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Mouse 8-OHdG protein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates. It is a Competitive ELISA kit, its detection range is 0.78 pg/mL-50 pg/mL and the sensitivity is 0.195 pg/mL.

Review: I used CSB-E10527m to detect the 8-OHdg level in the serum of mice in the normal group and the exposure group. In this experiment, the OD values of my standard curve were 1.07875, 1.02875, 0.91225, 0.6691, 0.4689, 0.21825, 0.08265, and 0.02685; the corresponding concentrations were 0, 0.78, 1.56, 3.12, 6.25, 12.5, 25, and 50 pg/ml. Sample OD value range: the original OD value was 0.1023 - 0.2823; the calculated concentration (pg/ml) was 10.17788 - 34.28991
