Regarding your ELISA kit CSB-EL007450MO, a customer is about to use it and they harvested their cells (for cell lysate samples) in RIPA buffer rather than PBS. Do you know if RIPA buffer would cause any negative effects with this kit, or is RIPA going to be expected to be OK?

Thanks for your inquiry!
Generally speaking, RIPA will contain SDS, Triton X-100, NP-40 and other components. Customers now need to confirm the RIPA buffer formula. Pls note that it can not contain SDS (it will destroy the hydrogen bonds of the protein, which will lead to protein denaturation.);
For Triton X-100, NP-40, you need to control the low concentration range (generally not more than 1%, but it is not verified); For the entire RIPA buffer, sorry we have not tried this preparation method before, so we can only suggest you do a pretest if you want to try it.

May function as a negative regulator of chondrocyte differentiation.
