This Mouse REG3G ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Mouse REG3G protein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 15.6 pg/mL-1000 pg/mL and the sensitivity is 3.9 pg/mL.

Review: I used the Mouse Reg3genRating islet-derived protein 3-gamma (REG3G) ELISA kit to assay mouse serum for REG3G at dilutions of 1:50, 1:100, and 1:200, respectively. The OD values for the control and experimental groups were 0.2603 and 0.4635 for 1:200, respectively, and the results were in accordance with our predictions for the pre-experimental period. Product evaluation: The elisa test kit is of high quality and has good detection results. It can better meet the experimental requirements.
