Can the Mouse Calprotectin ELISA Kit be used to quantify inflammatory markers in mice feces infected with Citrobacter rodentium? Could you please provide any relevant papers or information about laboratories that have previously used this kit for mice feces samples?

I am afraid we never tested mice feces with CSB-EQ013485MO, Mouse calprotectin (CALP) ELISA kit. We advise you to run a preliminary test for validation with 24T. Please find its manual at https://www.cusabio.com/uploadfile/Ins/CSB-EQ013485MO.pdf
