Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of canine CALP in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

The recovery of canine CALP spiked to levels throughout the range of the assay in various matrices was evaluated. Samples were diluted prior to assay as directed in the Sample Preparation section.

Would you provide the information:
1) antibody clonality _ are capture and detection antibodies monoclonal or polyclonal?
2) antibody's target immunogen _ to which immunogen have detection and capture antibodies of the kit been raised? was it of human or canine origin? was it a native or recombinant protein? was it a full length protein or a fragment?
3) proteins detected in the samples by the antibodies _ do the
antibodies of the kit detect only the S100A8/S100A9 heterocomplex or do they also detect S100A8 and S100A9 proteins separately (as monomers or homodimers)?
4) standard protein _ is the protein used as the analytical standard of the kit of canine or human origin? is it a native or recombinant protein? is it a full length protein or a fragment?
