Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of rat TRAIL in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

The Rat Tumor Necrosis Factor-Related Apoptosis Inducing Ligand (TRAIL) ELISA Kit is designed for the sensitive and accurate detection of TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand in samples of serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates from the Rat species.
The protein TRAIL, also known as TNFSF10 or APO2L, is an important regulator of apoptosis.TRAIL has been extensively studied as a target of cancer therapy. This ELISA kit allows for the quantitative measurement of TRAIL levels in your samples, with a detection range of 15.6 pg/mL to 1000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 3.9 pg/mL.
The assay principle used in this TRAIL kit is based on the sandwich method, which employs a monoclonal antibody against TRAIL, coated on a 96-well plate. During the assay process, the TRAIL in the sample binds to the coated antibody, and a second biotinylated polyclonal antibody is added to bind to the captured TRAIL. This complex is then detected using streptavidin-HRP and a chromogenic substrate, producing a colorimetric signal that is proportional to the TRAIL concentration.
The assay time for the kit ranges from 1 to 5 hours, with a sample volume of 50-100 ul, and detection wavelength of 450 nm. Our TRAIL ELISA kit is a valuable tool for researchers in the cancer field, enabling them to detect and measure TRAIL levels in Rat samples with high accuracy and reproducibility.
