IGFL1 is an emerging growth factor whose interaction with IGFLR1 remains relatively undercharacterized, making a functionally validated ligand essential for receptor-ligand binding and competition assays. This recombinant human IGFL1 covers the full-length mature sequence (aa 25–110), is expressed in mammalian cells to preserve native folding and disulfide bond formation, and carries a C-terminal hFc1 tag that facilitates detection and immobilization in ELISA or SPR-based studies. Functional ELISA confirms robust receptor engagement, with an EC50 of 32.33–47.52 ng/mL against immobilized human IGFLR1, providing a suitable basis for quantitative binding kinetics, antibody characterization, and ELISA standard curve development. Purity exceeding 95% by SDS-PAGE combined with endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg satisfies the criteria typical for cell-based proliferation and survival assays as well as exploratory differentiation studies where endotoxin interference must be minimized.
Applications : Binding assay/Protein-protein interaction
Review: I used IGFL1 (CSB-MP764932HU) and another product Human IGFLR1 (CSB-MP862025HU) I purchased for functional ELISA experiments, which showed good binding activity, and the EC50 was 4.640-5.722 ng/mL. There is no significant difference between different batches, and the repeatability is good!
