  • Immunofluorescence staining of U-87 cells with CSB-PA002652LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum and incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. Nuclear DNA was labeled in blue with DAPI. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
