Description
Omega-gliadin polyclonal antibody CSB-PA360898DA01TKR was produced in the rabbit immunized by using the Recombinant Triticum monococcum Omega-gliadin protein (1-28AA) as the immunogen. The target protein Omega-gliadin is wheat allergen and has a nutrient reservoir activity. It is a water-insoluble component of gluten. Omega-gliadin is one of the three main types of gliadin to which body in intolerant in celiac disease.
This Rabbit anti-Triticum monococcum (Einkorn wheat) (Crithodium monococcum) Omega-gliadin Antibody was tested in the ELISA. The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity. It only reacts with the Omega-gliadin proteins of Triticum monococcum-origin and may be used to detect the endogenous levels of Omega-gliadin protein.
