After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system. Immunofluorescence staining of MCF-7 cells with CSB-PA025796OA01HU at 1:213, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

Description

The product CSB-PA025796OA01HU is an IgG rabbit polyclonal VASN antibody suitable for the recognition of human VASN by ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF. The recombinant human Vasorin protein (553-572aa) is used to immunize the rabbit to generate the VASN polyclonal antibody. VASN antibody is available as the non-conjugated IgG antibody form. Its purity is over 95% using protein G purification.

VASN mainly acts as a regulator of cell signaling and extracellular matrix (ECM) formation in various tissues throughout the body. It is involved in the regulation of various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration. VASN has been involved in the pathogenesis of various vascular diseases such as atherosclerosis and hypertension, as well as neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.
