CUSABIO generates the prgJ antibody through the immunization of rabbits with the recombinant Salmonella typhimurium Protein PrgJ protein (1-101AA) and subsequent protein G-purification from rabbit antiserum. It is available as an unconjugated IgG. Its purity is greater than 95%. It is only reactive with Salmonella typhimurium prgJ protein, which is critical for virulence. This anti-prgJ antibody has been validated for use in ELISB and WB applications.
