Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Alkaline phosphatase, tissue-nonspecific isozyme (ALPL) catalyzes the hydrolysis of phosphate monoesters and plays essential roles in skeletal mineralization and phosphate metabolism, making it a critical target for understanding hypophosphatasia and bone development pathways. This full-length mature protein (residues 18–501) demonstrates robust catalytic function with a specific activity exceeding 120,000 pmol/min/μg against p-nitrophenylphosphate at pH 10.0 and 37°C, providing quantitative performance data that supports kinetic parameter analysis including Km and kcat determination, as well as inhibitor screening with reliable IC50 measurements. The C-terminal His tag preserves native N-terminal architecture and active site accessibility, ensuring that substrate binding and catalytic turnover remain uncompromised during enzymatic activity assays and substrate specificity profiling.
