Conjugate | Avi-tag Biotinylated E. coli biotin ligase (BirA) is highly specific in covalently attaching biotin to the 15 amino acid AviTag peptide. This recombinant protein was biotinylated in vivo by AviTag-BirA technology, which method is BriA catalyzes amide linkage between the biotin and the specific lysine of the AviTag. |

I am interested in mammalian cell Biotinylated, and in HEK293 in both of these, and to know if it is only with biotin or if they put other tags with it
Regarding the biotinylation of mammalian cells, we usually use His-avi tag or Fc-Avi tag, and there are other tags besides biotin.
Previously, in vivo biotinylated protein containing only avi-tagged was expressed, but the expression effect was not good.
