Form
Liquid or Lyophilized powder
Note: We will preferentially ship the format that
we have in stock, however, if you have any special requirement for the format, please remark your
requirement when placing the order, we will prepare according to your demand.
Buffer
If the delivery form is liquid, the default storage buffer is Tris/PBS-based buffer, 5%-50% glycerol.
If the delivery form is lyophilized powder, the buffer before lyophilization is Tris/PBS-based buffer, 6% Trehalose, pH 8.0.
Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw
cycles.
Shelf Life
The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature
and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized
form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.
Lead Time
3-7 business days
Notes
Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Store working aliquots at 4°C for up to one week.

Description
To produce a recombinant mouse Ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase family member 1 (Enpp1) protein, the gene fragment encoding the amino acids 635-906 of the mouse Enpp1 along with an N-terminal 6xHis-tag is inserted into a suitable expression vector. The constructed vector is then transformed into E. coli cells to enable protein expression. The transformed cells are selected, and a large-scale culture is established to promote efficient production of the recombinant Enpp1 protein. The N-terminal 6xHis-tag facilitates easy purification and detection of the recombinant Enpp1 protein. The purity of the recombinant mouse Enpp1 protein is confirmed to be up to 90% through SDS-PAGE analysis. On the gel, the recombinant Enpp1 protein appears as a distinct band with an approximate molecular weight of 38 kDa.
