Reconstitution

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Storage Condition

Description

This Recombinant Mouse Claudin-6 (Cldn6) is an active, full-length antigen presented in a Virus-Like Particle (VLP) format, specifically designed for mouse immunology and oncology research. A core advantage of this VLP platform is its ability to present the complete native mouse Cldn6 sequence (amino acids 1-219) in a multimeric, particulate structure that closely mimics a natural pathogen surface. This architecture significantly enhances the immunogenicity and avidity of antigen-antibody interactions compared to monomeric proteins, making it a superior immunogen for eliciting potent immune responses. The product's quality is rigorously validated: purity exceeds 95% as shown by a sharp, dominant peak at 6.385 min in the SEC-HPLC chromatogram, and Western Blot analysis under denaturing conditions using an anti-6*His antibody confirms its identity, revealing both multimeric (~45 kDa) and monomeric (~15 kDa) forms.
