Description

CUSABIO manufactured the rpsB polyclonal antibody in the rabbit. The immunogen is the recombinant 30S ribosomal protein S2 protein (2-241aa) derived from Escherichia coli. It underwent protein G affinity chromatography purification. Its purity exceeded over 95%.

This rabbit anti-Escherichia coli rpsB polyclonal antibody exhibits an unconjugated IgG. It only reacts with Escherichia coli rpsB protein. This antibody is recommended for ELISA and WB applications to detect and quantify the rpsB protein.
