Reconstitution

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Storage Condition

Description

CCL25 (TECK) plays a critical role in thymic T-cell development and gut-homing lymphocyte trafficking through its exclusive receptor CCR9, making it an essential tool for dissecting tissue-specific immune cell migration. This tag-free recombinant mouse CCL25 encompasses the full-length mature sequence (residues 24–144) and demonstrates potent chemotactic activity toward human monocytes at 5.0–50 ng/ml, providing a suitable basis for Transwell migration assays, CCR9-dependent signaling studies involving MAPK and NF-κB pathways, and in vivo murine models of intestinal inflammation or mucosal immunity. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg minimize LPS-driven artifacts that can confound chemotaxis readouts and cytokine secretion profiles in sensitive immune cell assays. Purity exceeding 95% by SDS-PAGE, combined with this stringent endotoxin control, also supports use as a reference standard in CCL25 detection assays or as a coating antigen for antibody development and validation by ELISA.
