The ftnA antibody is a rabbit polyclonal IgG specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 1-167 within a recombinant Helicobacter pylori Bacterial non-heme ferritin (ftnA). This ftnA antibody is purified by protein A/G. It is recommended for the detection of Helicobacter pylori ftnA protein by ELISA and WB applications.
The primary role of Helicobacter pylori bacterial non-heme ferritin (ftnA) is to sequester and store iron within the bacterium. ftnA acts as an iron storage protein, allowing the bacterium to regulate its iron levels and maintain iron homeostasis. Has the CSB-PA009053ZA01HUV ftnA Antibody been tested in ELISA? I am interested in the polyAb only react specifically with H pylori ferritin. Do you have H pylori affinity purified version polyAb rather than protein A/G?
