This kit is designed according to extracellular domain.
Capture antibody is mouse monoclonal antibody and immunogen is NS0-derived recombinant protein.( full length).
Detection antibody is goat polyclonal antibody and immunogen is NS0-derived recombinant protein. (fragment).
Standard is NS0-derived recombinant protein,sorry we can not disclose the sequence.
We tested serum and plasma before and the test value is 0.8-3ng/ml. Some individual samples can not be detected out.

We are looking for a ELISA kit that can detect CD64 from whole blood. This product could be of great use for our project. I have been looking for more details about the capture and detector antibodies that has been used in this ELISA. Unfortunately, I could not find much of information about that. Can you please let us know anything about the following queries
1. What type of detection and capture antibody has been used in this ELISA kit?
2. Do you sell the antibody pair in a solution rather than as a ELISA kit?
3. Can we get a sample to test them in our lab before ordering? In this regard, I want to let you know that it is a three years project which has just been started. If it serves our purpose, we will go for a bulk order.

CD64 has 3 homologous genes: CD64A、CD64B and CD64C. They can be encoded to form 6 different mRNA transcripts.

The study about 6 transcripts have shown that A gene coding has a higher affinity.

So usually CD64 is regarded as FCGR1A.
