This kit is designed according to: https://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P38567.
It detects Hyaluronidase PH-20 rather than Hyaluronidase. If you want to detect recommbinant Hyaluronidase PH-20 by CHO, sorry that we are not sure 100% if it can be detected out or not. The recombinant protein used in the kit is 293 cell derived. As it involves different expression systems and modifications after expression, we can not guarantee that it can be detected out. We suggest you do a pretest first.

Involved in sperm-egg adhesion. Upon fertilization sperm must first penetrate a layer of cumulus cells that surrounds the egg before reaching the zona pellucida. The cumulus cells are embedded in a matrix containing hyaluronic acid which is formed prior to ovulation. This protein aids in penetrating the layer of cumulus cells by digesting hyaluronic acid.
