Review: I used CSB-EL023433HU to detect the concentration of TFF3 in human plasma. The standard OD values are 0.1149, 0.1472, 0.3027, 0.5246, 0.645, 1.0269, 1.7235, and 1.7359 respectively, corresponding to standard concentrations of 0, 0.312, 0.625, 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10, and 20 ng/ml. Since the point (1.7235, 10) is abnormal and obviously deviates from the curve, I deleted it to obtain the standard curve. The final measured sample TFF3 concentration range is 2.05-14.21 ng/ml.
