Review: I detected the concentration of human serum TNFRSF14 using CB-EL023973HU. The OD values of the standard curves were 0.1863, 0.241, 0.3244, 0.4438, 0.7755, 1.3006, 2.3368, and 3.4206 respectively, and the corresponding concentrations of the standard samples were 0 and 15.6 respectively. 31.2, 62.5, 125,250,500,1000 pg/ml. For this test, the OD value range of the samples is 1.2468-3.9161, corresponding to the concentration range of 580-3727pg/ml. Product suggestion: Currently, the accuracy is quite good. It would be even better if the detection method could be simplified.

The OD values of the standard curves were 0.1584, 0.2291, 0.3034, 0.4567, 0.7217, 1.2792, 2.0024, and 2.9772 respectively, and the corresponding standard curve concentrations were 0 and 15.6 respectively. The OD values of samples 31.2, 62.5, 125, 250, 500, and 1000pg/ml range from 1.7708 to 3.3486, and the measured concentrations are 780 to 4100pg/ml

Review: I used CB-EL023973HU to test human serum TNFRSF14 and divided it into the disease group and the control group. The OD values of the standard curve of the test results were 0.1936,0.2946, 0.3967, 0.5522, 0.9589, 1.7348, and 2.7152 respectively. 3.7409 corresponds to the standard sample concentrations of 0,15.6, 31.2, 62.5, 125, 250, 500, and 1000 respectively. The OD value range of the samples is 1.023-3.7484. According to this dilution ratio, the maximum measurable concentration is 3000pg/ml, and the minimum is approximately 500pg/ml
