Sample type: Serum Tissue homogenate Placental tissue

Review: I used the mouse CXCL3 kit to detect the content of CXCL3 in the serum and placental tissues of normal pregnant mice and preeclampsia model mice. The OD values of the standard curve S7-S0 are 2.9327, 1.8292, 1.1771, 0.53805, 0.46605, 0.27975, 0.2034, and 0.101 respectively. The sample OD value ranges from 2.391 to 0.2322. This product is convenient and quick to detect, with accurate results, and is worth recommending.
